Hi, I'm Bruce
About Me
I am a husband and father living in the Midwest where I grew up. I'm also a brother and an uncle who's proud to have served in the military. I've spent my time living an active lifestyle as a biker, kayaker, and triathlon athlete. And in August 2024 I was diagnosed with familial Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, though I had initially suspected that I was developing symptoms back in April.
With encouragement from my family, we've decided to share our journey. The ups, the downs, and what we learn along the way. We hope to remind everyone to live together now.
This site focuses on ways folks can support our journey as we share what we're experiencing and learning. If you'd like to request to join our Lotsa Helping Hands community to get full updates and events sent directly to your email, you can request access by clicking here.
